"Friends" ...

I guess it shouldn't surprise me that someone else's thoughts, opinions and actions can destroy my personal happy.

Someone else should not have this much control over my emotions. I shouldn't let someone rip my high away from me. But I did. Now I feel so shitty.

I guess they were not teasing when they said we aren't friends just colleagues. Good to know after I invested my time in a friendship that wasn't real.

I don't need a "friend" like you. I prefer my enemies to unmask themselves to my face rather than behind my back.

Talk shit, spread rumors and lies. You, my "friend", will look worse in the end. I will hold my head up high because I know the truth. And I refuse to play your high school games. I am too old for such nonsense.

This very well maybe the end of what I thought was a friendship. I am okay with that. I know who my true friends are. They are the one's cheering me on and raising me up,  not belittling me and trashing me.

1. Andrew's birthday is TODAY! A bunch of us are going to PM BBQ for lunch to celebrate his 33 years on the planet. He seems super thrilled about it. ;-p 

... Andrew and I have know each other for three years. The day I met him, I thought wow this is the nicest guy ever! I hope we can be friends. Little did I know he is the BIGGEST smart ass I have ever met. I think that makes him even better. I am really happy to not only have Andrew as a co-worker, but also to be able to call him my friend. He will probably highly disagree! 

Happy Birthday Andrew. Have an awesome day and enjoy a tasty cigar!

2. My cousin Ali's wedding shower was Sunday. I LOVE personalized gifts. I feel it is a personal gift. And one that represents their unity for years. Dishes break, silverware tarnishes, Towels pill. Personalized gifts like this will last a lifetime! Congratulations Ali and Sean! 

3. This happen this week. This is Chanel stealing ice from my cup. 

I couldn't be mad at her. This is flippin' adorable! 

4. It wouldn't be my blog if I didn't have at least one picture of B or A. 

So here is a picture of B making muscles at the wedding shower. 

Next Friday his cool dude will be spending the night with me for the first time ever. 

I really can't tell you who is more excited ... him or me! 

5. Last but not least ... This is A making her "not impressed" face. 

The eyes really make the face. 

Since I don't want creepers ever recognizing any kids on my blog, they will always be "masked".

Weekend Wrap-up ...

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend. Over all mine was pretty chill. So here is a recap ...

Friday -
Friday night I went to see 'The Heat'. It was pretty funny. Melissa McCarthy is HILARIOUS! After the movie I went to Steak 'n Shake. I always crave it, but after I am disappointed with myself for eating such a greasy meal. Frisco Melts are so tasty though!

Saturday -

On my way home Friday my Engine Low Oil Level light came on. I still had about 250 miles before I needed an oil change, so this was weird. I called first thing Saturday morning for an appointment at the dealership. I was told they were over booked and I would have to wait until Money. I almost cried, they left bad and squeezed me in later in the afternoon. :) Unfortunately, a part may need to be replaced if my car is burning oil to rapidly. I have to go back in 1500 miles for an inspection to confirm if a new part is needed. Fingers crossed that it was a fluke and a new part is not needed. 

My car was finished when the monsoon started, so the car wash they provide was totally worthless once I drove out of the bay. :( I thought this was a perfect time to head over to Jess' house to pick up a few things I had delivered earlier in the week. It was great to sit and talk for awhile without kiddos in ear shot, but I missed them. I haven't seen B and A in over a week. I am definitely having tiny G withdrawals. 

Sunday - 

I went to see 'World War Z'. Ugh is all I have to say. That and wait for the DVD. I don't think I am the only person in the theater that felt this way. Two people walked out about 30 minutes into the movie.
